Burrowing Owl Photography And Video

Submitted by on March 25, 2010 – 9:36 pm4 Comments

Here’s a wonderful little movie filled with photos and video of Burrowing Owls in the Lac du Bois Grasslands Protected Area just outside Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada.

The title of the video is “The Endangered Burrowing Owl”. In Canada, where this video was made, the Burrowing Owl is listed as endangered. In Mexico, the owl is considered threatened and in most of the western United States, the owl is considered a species of special concern.

I must say, Ken Attwood did a fantastic job mixing his photography and video footage together with some relaxing music.
