In this week’s Flickr Roundup, check out the new sport called “Gator Surfing”. Well, I don’t think I’ll be trying that anytime soon!

In last week’s Flickr Roundup, we saw the Arrow-marked Babbler chicks right after they hatched! This week they’re 8 days older. They grow up so fast!

In the photo of the White-crowned Lapwing, Flickr user Hector16 got a nice angle on the bird so you can really see the spurs or claws that are on it’s wings. If you can’t quite see them on the thumbnail, click the photo to see a larger version on Flickr with a note pointing them out.
