Mandarin Ducks by Fraser Simpson

See some gorgeous shots of Mandarin Ducks by Fraser Simpson at his site called Fraser’s Birding Blog.

Fraser took these photos in the Epping Forest which is located just northeast of London, England. I really like his darker photos of the ducks. Head over and leave him some comments!

    Absolutely gorgeous photos! These ducks are like our Wood Duck.The females look almost exactly the same.Great post!

    Your right! They're actually very closely related. They can even “perch” like Wood Ducks too!

    A wild Mandarin Duck is not normally found in New York, but the North American Wood Duck is.These two ducks are very closely related and have a lot of physical similarities.
