Nature can be a great source of inspiration. For Fabian von Spreckelsen, it was the birds that influenced the design of his unique “Early Bird” clothes pins.

Fabian von Spreckelsen:

I was always fascinated by the appearance and habits of migratory birds, especially the way they sit and meet on high voltage lines. Probably waiting for family and friends to join them on their journey down south. Inspired by this moment, I wanted to capture the picture by using small birds to keep the clothes on the washing line instead of using conventional cloth pegs.

Since more people are choosing “greener” alternatives to daily activities, these bird pins might be another incentive to give up the clothes dryer.

Hopefully, they don’t attract real birds to the clothes lines or you’ll be doing more laundry!
